About Me
My Journey Into Self-Discovery Through Destiny Cards
My journey into the world of personal development through playing cards was inspired by Robert Lee Camp's book, "Destiny Cards" with which he introduced me the method that uses playing cards in conjunction of planetary influence on us. A divinity tool that blends astrology with symbolizm of playing cards. Robert's remarkable book opened my eyes to the potential of using playing card as tools for self-exploration and growth.
Initially, I approached this method with curiosity and no expectations of fortune-telling. I began laying out cards weekly, aiming to become more comfortable with their symbols. What started as a simple exercise soon transformed into a captivating ritual. I began to notice how the messages of the cards correlated with my daily experiences, dreams, and thoughts, leading to moments of genuine shock at their accuracy.
As I delved deeper into this practice, I experienced several profound benefits. The cards encouraged me to observe myself more closely and cultivate mindfulness. I learned to approach my challenges from new perspectives and replace unwanted thoughts with those inspired by the cards. This practice often induced a meditative state, allowing me to connect with my higher self and gain deeper insights.
Journaling became an essential part of this journey, as the interpretations of the cards motivated me to transform difficult experiences into valuable lessons. This process fostered a sense of optimism and calm, creating a feeling of connection with a guiding presence.
Years before I began working with the cards, inspired by various resources on contacting divine guides, I attempted to reach out to my own spiritual guide through meditation. When I asked for their name, the answer I received was simply: "many." This response puzzled me and took me out of my meditative session. A few years later, it became clear to me (thanks to autors like Neville Goddard, Carol Joung, Rober A. Johnson and many others) that "many" represented all the aspects within my inner psyche, shadow inclusive. And shadow , the trouble maker is my favorite one, because I love solving problems. And solution to our problems is inclusion of our shadow and integration of our believes we got "injected" with, either voluntarily or compulsory, whether consciously or unconsciously. And I ensure most of what you have learned is upside down. Besides solving my own problems I am willing to give you some guidance and tips tested on myself . My favorite citation is : Shakespeare's where Hamlet says, "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so." Other thinkers like Neville Goddard, Friedrich Nietzsche explored a similar idea, challenging moral absolutes and rigid value systems, particularly in Beyond Good and Evil.
